To fulfill our mission to Lead, Educate and Inspire HR Excellence within the Central Ohio community, requires we work closely with our volunteers to support several HRACO communities.
HRACO volunteers work to promote HR best practices, inform members of current trends and legislation in HR subject matter, and encourage responsible leadership through community outreach activities. As a volunteer, you gain experience in HR and foster professional relationships. In addition, you can enjoy the satisfaction of helping advance the interests of those who manage the human assets of businesses, agencies, and organizations.
As work and personal obligations often affect our members’ ability to volunteer, HRACO offers opportunities ranging from short-term commitments to annual positions. Get in the spirit of volunteering for rewarding experiences that yield both professional growth and personal satisfaction.
All volunteers must be a member in good standing of HRACO.

Interested in speaking to our members? We are always looking for volunteer speakers or for those willing to lead workshops, conferences, and webinars. In order to be considered, please submit our speaker application.
Submissions will be reviewed to determine if a speaker is a good fit for HRACO’s programming objectives. Please keep in mind that due to the number of inquiries HRACO receives from prospective speakers, not all submissions will receive a follow-up communication.
