Our Trifecta Award is designed to honor our members’ passion and advocacy while strengthening our commitment to HR excellence.
We believe that celebrating those who actively promote, engage with, and support our association not only enriches our community but also propels us toward becoming Central Ohio’s premier Human Resource organization.
How It Works
Members have the full calendar year (Jan 1 to Dec 31) to achieve these milestones. Winners will be honored annually at our Award Gala, which recognizes accomplishments for both the current and previous years.
Attend three in-person events that help foster real connections within our community.
Participate in three educational events, either in person or virtually to broaden your expertise and stay ahead in the HR field.
Recruit three or more new members who share our passion for HR
