Devray Kirkland is the Vice President, DE&I and Chief Diversity Officer for Cardinal Health, a Fortune 15 company with revenue over $160 billion with over 44,000 employees in 40 countries. His key responsibilities include the development and implementation of a comprehensive, enterprise-wide diversity strategy through related programs, initiatives and projects. He also provides direction to business segments on tactical programs and systems related to attracting, retaining and promoting a diverse workforce, while establishing an inclusive work environment in the support of Cardinal Health’s corporate values, policies and practices. His involvement was key in the development of the internal Diversity Equity and Inclusion Council, Black and African American Racial Equity Cabinet. He is also responsible for the support of the 7 employee resource groups and 5 multi-cultural communities that have been established at Cardinal Health.
Kirkland volunteers his time by serving as a Board Member of the American Heart Association of Central Ohio as well as sitting on the Board of Trustees for the Mount Carmel College of Nursing. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Howard University in Washington, DC and a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Bowie State in Bowie, MD.

Since joining Marsh McLennan Agency, Gary has leveraged his understanding of the challenges facing business leaders today.
Gary leads the Michigan Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Practice providing guidance for organizations along their DE&I Journey. As the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Practice lead, Gary strategically collaborates with clients in order to help them establish and implement their DE&I plans. As a founding member and co-Chair of the MMA Enterprise Council, Gary helps to provide thought leadership to assist MMA’s 9,100 Colleagues along their own journey.
Prior to joining MMA, Gary was the Executive Vice President of Sales with New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, leading business development efforts across the Great Lakes region focusing on helping mid-market and enterprise organizations improve their businesses by maximizing their software and human capital investments.
Gary is a graduate of Northwood University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Walsh College. He holds a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) from the National Diversity Council, Inclusive and Ethical Leadership Certificate, and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate both from the University of South Florida. He was named by Crain’s Detroit Business in 2021 as a Notable DE&I Executive and earned recognition in 2019 as Corp Magazine’s Diversity Business Leader of the Year. Gary served on the school board for Conner Creek Academy East. Additionally, he is a board member for the Michigan Diversity Council. Winning Futures, NAAIA, Community Housing Network, and Junior Achievement. He has previously served on Automation Alley’s Talent & Development Committee as well as a board member with Gleaners Food Bank.. He also coaches high school football.
Kelly Lockwood Primus, Chief Executive Officer, oversees the strategy, research development and client relationship management to help our clients reach their global diversity goals.
Prior to being appointed CEO of Leading NOW, Kelly was CEO & President of its Leading Women brand.
Prior to joining Leading Women, Kelly was a member of the executive team for WFF, a national non-profit women’s leadership organization. As Vice President for Marketing & Communications, Kelly was instrumental in returning the organization to prominence in the foodservice industry as the authority for women’s leadership development, and drove participation in the organization’s live and virtual events to “sell-out” status.
Before her time working within women’s leadership development organizations, Kelly was a member of the executive team at Primo Water, a publicly held CPG company, in the role of Vice President, Marketing & Communications. Recruited pre-IPO, Kelly was challenged with articulating the brand promise, creating the brand communication strategy and instituting integrated marketing campaigns to drive retailer and consumer brand preference. Within less than a year, the organization went public, had acquired multiple new retail partners including Walmart, and the company’s products were featured in leading trade publications as a product category to watch.
While a resident in North Carolina, Kelly was a mentor to students at the Wake Forest University Graduate Women in Business Program, a panelist at their Women in Leadership Conference and a judge at the Wake Forest University Schools of Business Annual Marketing Summit MBA Case Competition.
Before joining Primo, Kelly was charged with developing The Goodwin Group’s global business and marketing strategy to expand the integrated marketing agency’s revenue opportunities within the pharmaceutical and medical association industries when she took on the role of Vice President, Strategy and Business Development. Utilizing research to identify a unique market opportunity, Kelly reconstructed the organization’s service offerings resulting in new customer acquisitions and a revenue increase of 100%.
From 2000 to 2006 Kelly held marketing & communication roles of increasing responsibility at the $700M privately-held consumer products company, The Holmes Group, Inc. (acquired by Jarden Corporation) culminating in the role of Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the Lighting Division Business Unit.
A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Kelly also participated in Executive Leadership Programs at Boston College and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Adrian Sullivan is the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Worthington Industries, a leading global manufacturing company. His key responsibilities include the education and expansion of diversity, equity and inclusion best practices throughout Worthington Industries and its joint ventures.
Adrian works in concert with business segments on strategic programs and systems related to attracting, retaining and promoting a diverse workforce, while establishing an inclusive work environment in support of Worthington Industries’ corporate philosophy, values and practices. Adrian is also focused on creating a path forward for Business Resource Groups in multiple regions and locations for the organization. Adrian volunteers his time by serving as President of the Central Ohio Diversity Consortium and through his ministry with his local congregation. In addition to diversity and inclusion work, Adrian has a background in Affirmative Action Compliance and EEOC Governance as well as Supplier Diversity is an avid cook and enjoys time with his family and loved ones.
As Assistant Vice President, Priscilla is leading the development and execution of an enterprise diversity and inclusion strategy and community relations strategy to drive initiatives that impact the workforce, workplace, marketplace and community. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, facilitation and the launching of and providing oversight to Associate Resource Groups and Diversity and Inclusion Councils. She’s also given numerous presentations on inclusive leadership, generational differences and unconscious bias.
Prior to joining Grange Insurance, Priscilla held leadership roles at State Farm and Nationwide Insurance in the areas of diversity & inclusion, underwriting and agency operations.
Priscilla is a founding member and current President Emeritus of the Central Ohio Diversity Consortium and Board Member for YWCA Columbus. She is a graduate of the African American Leadership Academy and United Way of Central Ohio Project Diversity Leadership Program. She is a recipient of the Licking County NAACP Diversity Award, Columbus Business First Outstanding Diversity Champion and Power 100 Awards. She enjoys mentoring college students and young professionals.
Priscilla served on the boards of the National African American Insurance Association, United Negro College Fund, Columbus Neighborhood Housing Association, American Red Cross, Wright Choice Intern Program and Licking County Food Pantry Network.
Priscilla received her Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and her MBA from Ohio Dominican University. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.
Priscilla is married to Jeff Hammonds Sr.; has one son and three grandchildren.
